・ツアー開始24時間前までのキャンセル：全額返金
・ツアー開始24時間以内のキャンセル：返金不可

当社都合によるキャンセル：
悪天候、最少催行人数未達、その他やむを得ない事情によりツアーを中止する場合、全額返金または日程変更をご案内します。

返金方法

返金はStripeを通じて、元のお支払い方法に対して2営業日以内に処理されます。
※Stripeの決済手数料は返金されない場合があります。

If a tour is canceled due to weather, operational issues, or other unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Method
