Begin at Ueno Park, one of Tokyo’s most famous hanami spots with more than 800 cherry blossom trees. Continue to Koishikawa Korakuen Garden, a beautiful Edo-period landscape garden offering a peaceful spring atmosphere.

Next, visit Yasukuni Shrine, known for its historic significance and seasonal cherry blossoms that help mark the start of Tokyo’s sakura season.

The tour concludes at Chidorigafuchi Moat, one of Tokyo’s most breathtaking cherry blossom locations. Walk along the scenic moat lined with blooming trees, admire the historic surroundings, and enjoy a 30-minute boat ride for a unique view of the cherry blossoms from the water.

      • The meeting point is in front of the entrance gate of the National Museum of Western Art in Ueno Park. The exact tour duration can vary depending on the group’s pace, time spent taking photos, and how much time guests wish to explore each area. Seasonal conditions, such as cherry blossom bloom levels, may also influence the pace of the tour. On Mondays, the Chidorigafuchi boat pier is closed. In this case, we will enjoy a scenic boat ride at Ueno Park instead.
